The Real Problem

You know your stuff. That's not the problem.

You're an expert. Years in your field, maybe decades. You could talk about your work for hours. Ask you a question at a dinner party and the person who asked is politely nodding twenty minutes later, wondering how they got here.

But here's the strange part. You sit down to actually say it, on camera, on a podcast, in a room, and one of two things happens.

Either it all comes out at once. Every angle, every caveat, every thing you know, tumbling out with no filter and no order, and you can feel yourself going on the round-the-way journey while the person in front of you quietly checks out.

Or you freeze. You open the camera, you sit there, and every possible starting point cancels out every other one, so you close the app and tell yourself you'll post tomorrow. You know too much to know where to begin, so you don't begin.

And underneath both of those is the quieter one, the one that actually costs you: you're showing up, saying things, putting yourself out there, and none of it is going anywhere. You're doing the work, and it isn't turning into clients, or income, or even a clear reason for anyone to pick you over the ten other people saying the same thing.

Sound Familiar?

It usually sounds something like this.

Read these out loud. See how many you've thought this week.

"I'm rambling on camera and I don't know how to stop."

You know too much, and there's no filter between all the things I could say and the one thing that matters most right now.

"I've got a graveyard of half-started ideas."

You begin something, then a new idea lights you up and you chase that one instead. Nothing gets finished, because nothing holds your attention long enough to cross the line, and the good ideas keep getting buried under the next good idea.

"I don't know what's actually important in what I'm trying to say."

You've got the expertise to lead with anything, so you lead with everything. Features instead of the problem. Detail instead of the point.

"My course idea is clear in my head, but I'm terrified to put it out into the world."

Maybe you tried once and it didn't land. Now you don't want to build another thing hardly anybody's going to finish.

"I need to get on camera, on the podcast, in the room, and I don't feel ready."

You're confident in what you know. You're just not confident you can present it without losing the room halfway through.

"My message gets lost because everyone's saying the same thing."

You're saying valuable things. They just sound like what everybody else is saying, so they don't land and they don't convert, because they're not specific to you.

The deeper truth underneath all of it: it was never a knowledge problem. You're not missing information. You have too much of it, and it's all trying to come out at once. That's a structure problem, and structure is fixable.

The Cost Of Losing Attention

The real cost of losing someone's attention.

When someone finds you, gets interested in your work, leans in, and then hits your extra-long rambling video and drifts off, you think you lost a view. You lost a lot more than that.

Your funnel did the hard part. It warmed a cold lead up. Then you lost their attention, and after that they don't just cool back down to cold. They land somewhere behind it, because now there's disappointment in the way. A cold lead has never heard of you. This person heard of you and decided you didn't deliver, and you have to clear all of that before you can start warming them up again.

That's not people losing their attention span. That's them giving you a shot and quietly deciding you didn't deliver. And that decision is expensive to undo.

And it keeps happening. Every video, every post, every time you almost had someone and then lost them in the middle. Slowly the number of people who've heard of you and decided not to bother goes up, and you can't figure out why the growth feels like running in place.

It's not your audience's job to push through the boring parts to reach your point. It's your job to build something they can't look away from, something as bingeworthy as their favorite show. And I know that's possible, because I spent fifteen years making television.

Six Months From Now

Six months from now, someone asks what you do.

And you answer off the cuff, in a room full of your ideal clients. It lands like a conversation, not a pitch. No script, no rehearsal, no feature-dump. You just say the thing, and people lean in.

You're not handing your positioning to a copywriter and hoping they capture it. You own it. You've got a repeatable structure in your hands, so when a podcast invite or a keynote lands in your inbox, or a sales call starts, you can generate clarity on demand instead of starting from a blank page.

You stop sounding like everyone else. You have an angle that's unmistakably yours, the kind of thing that makes someone go "I've never seen anyone do it like that before."

And the leads you already have? They stay. They finish what they start with you. They refer people. You stop chasing new clients and start keeping the ones already paying attention, and it turns out that's where the money was the whole time. You didn't have to fake a big flashy launch to get here. You led with the message, and the money followed.

That's not a mood board. It's a roadmap. By the end of the six weeks you have an actual plan for exactly what to say, mapped out through the rest of the year, so you're never sitting down to create something with no idea where to start.

And this isn't hypothetical. One of my clients had only ever done 1:1 coaching, never run a group before. We built her first program as a tight seven-day sprint, and instead of promising one big transformation over a long stretch, we gave her people one small, provable win each day. Every person who signed up stayed the whole seven days. She signed new 1:1 clients out of it afterward. That's editing ruthlessly, structuring real wins, and putting the client's transformation at the front of what you build instead of the sale.

Why This Is Different

This isn't another "post more, sell more" playbook.

Most marketing advice is someone handing you a blueprint that worked for them and swearing it'll work for you, a one-size-fits-all template that doesn't fit because it's built around their genius, not yours. You end up bending your message to fit a system built for someone else's business, and every time you do, a little more of the thing that actually makes you you gets sanded off, until the finished thing sounds like it could belong to anyone.

This program runs the other direction. We start by pulling out your message, the one undeniable thing that's unmistakably yours, and then we build everything around it, so your content and your structure and your strategy are all coming out of the uniqueness of your message instead of being forced to fit somebody else's mold.

That's the whole shift. When your message leads, your business can't come out looking like anyone else's, because it isn't built from a template, it's built from you. Your strategy stops being a copy of what worked for someone else and starts being the only version that could have come from you.

So no, this isn't plug-and-play. Every week we go over a new concept, and then you apply it to your message, your voice, and your people, so that no two people walk out of this with the same content, because no two businesses should sound the same.

Where This Comes From

Fifteen years of making people impossible to look away from.

I spent fifteen years producing reality TV on networks like Bravo, HBO, NBC, Fox, Lifetime, and E!, on shows you may have heard of, like Below Deck Sailing Yacht, Married at First Sight, and Bar Rescue. The whole job, every single day, was taking ordinary people and turning them into someone you couldn't look away from, fast enough that the audience was hooked before they even knew why.

In TV, if a viewer reaches for the remote, it's never the viewer's fault. It's ours. We didn't earn the right to hold their attention. That standard might be brutal, but I think it's the right one, and almost no business content has ever held to it.

I've run a production company since 2018 and still produce and develop reality TV, but now I use that skill set in business, because the exact thing that keeps you watching a show is the thing that keeps someone in your program, reading your emails, and buying what's next. I help mission-driven business owners think bigger about their work, then build the strategy and tools to make it as bingeworthy as their favorite TV show.

And that toolkit has a name.

The Method

The BINGE Framework.

Think about the last show you binged in a weekend. You didn't mean to. That's the point, and it isn't luck. The shows you can't stop watching all share the same handful of ingredients, and those ingredients aren't there to inform you, they're there to hold your attention. They're engineered to make a show so captivating that changing the channel feels harder than saying "yes, I'm still watching."

Every one of those ingredients translates directly into your content, your messaging, and your programs. Think of them as five pillars, and depending on what you're building and who it's for, you'll lean on some more than others, but the strongest work stands on all five. And underneath all of them is your message. These pillars aren't the point on their own, they're what brings your message to the forefront and makes it impossible to ignore.

B

Buy-in

Before anyone will stick around, you have to earn the right to hold their attention. That means building the stakes, setting up the characters, and giving people a reason to care about the story before you ask them to follow it, whether that's caring about you, your work, or the person you're helping. Most content just assumes people are interested and jumps straight to the information. The stuff that actually holds people builds a foundation strong enough to carry them all the way through.

I

Infotainment

When you wrap information inside a story, it sticks, and it's far easier to remember later. Think about the way a single takeaway lands when it's woven into a moment on a show instead of read off a slide. One small, repeatable idea tied to a story will outlive a whole deck of bullet points, because people don't hold onto facts, they hold onto the story the fact was living in.

N

Nurture curiosity

Curiosity is meant to be fed, not hoarded. If you pose one big question at the top and make people wait until the very end to get the answer, they're gone long before you pay it off, because the "stick around to find out" game doesn't work on an audience anymore. Instead you drip it: answer a little, open a new loop, satisfy part of what you set up and raise a new question right behind it, so there's always a reason to keep going, whether that's across a whole program or a single post.

G

Guide the transformation

Holding attention is your job from start to finish. It is never on your audience to stay invested, it's on you to keep earning it. A big part of that is structure, building in small, bite-sized wins along the way instead of making people wait two hours to reach a single payoff. When you make someone sit through all of that for one takeaway at the end, most of them leave before they ever get the transformation they actually came for.

E

Edit, edit, edit

Pull things out, then pull out more. Any idea that doesn't serve the one thing you're teaching doesn't belong, and every time you cut one, what's left gets sharper and more potent. In TV, a moment either drives the show forward or it gets cut, no exceptions, and your content deserves that same ruthlessness. Most business content never gets edited this hard, and it shows.

The one I see people trip up on most is right here, in the editing. Not being able to pull things out. They hold onto too much, everything stays a little too vague, and the message ends up watered down as a result. It works the opposite of how people expect: every time you pull something out, the message gets clearer, more potent, more captivating. And a lot of what you cut isn't bad, it's just taking away from the potency, which is why those pieces so often go on to become their own post, their own email, their own program. Nothing's wasted. This is the whole game, and it's why message sits at the center of everything I do. When your message is sharp, every one of the other four pillars has something solid to hold onto. When it's not, no amount of buy-in or curiosity can save it.

The Experience

What the six weeks look like.

Weekly live calls, Thursdays at 9am Pacific, starting August 6th (a replay will be available). Carve out an hour for the call itself: some teaching, some discussion, Q&A, and a working session. It's worth blocking off a little more time right after, too, so while the creative juices are flowing you can keep the momentum going once we hang up.

Week 1 sets the foundation, and it's all about getting clear on your one thing. The single point you're going to make, the stance you're going to take, the idea you're going to run with for the next six weeks, and what it's all pointing toward. Don't worry, you're not committing to this forever. But we pick a focus and we commit to it for six weeks, so everything after it has something to be built around. Because building out the framework with no end goal in mind is like shooting a season of TV without knowing what happens in the finale. We're going to do it the way TV actually works: decide what the finale is about first, then back everything else into it.

From there, each week takes one pillar of the BINGE framework and makes it specific to you and your one thing. Not the theory of buy-in, but how buy-in actually works for your audience. Which of your stories become the ones worth telling. What curiosity you can open and keep open. What transformation you're really guiding people toward. Week by week, you're not taking notes to use later, you're translating each pillar into your own words and your own business in real time.

By the end of the six weeks, you've built a roadmap that's entirely your own: specific to you, specific to your business, and built to make your one thing as bingeworthy to your audience as their favorite TV show.

The Investment

Everything you get.

One 1:1 call with Christi

To use while it's all still fresh. This isn't a generic follow-up. This is where my actual magic lives, where we go from thinking bigger about your business and what's possible and where it can go, to building out the goals, the plan, and the calendar to get you there. You leave that call with your strategy turned into something practical and already in motion, so you're not just clear, you're moving.

The full BINGE framework, applied

Applied to your work the whole way through, so you walk out able to generate this kind of clarity for your own business, and just as importantly, able to recognize it, to see when it's working out in the wild and spot exactly what's missing when it isn't.

Is This You?

Who this is actually for.

This is for you if:

  • You're very good at what you do, and you care more about whether your people stay than whether they buy. You think about their experience first, not your funnel, and that instinct is your edge, not a weakness. It's the whole reason this works for you and falls flat for the people just chasing the sale.
  • Maybe you've tried launching something before and it didn't go the way you planned.
  • Or maybe you've got a dozen ideas rattling around that you're trying to get out of your head and onto paper, and they keep piling up faster than you can finish them. That doesn't mean you're lacking motivation. It means you're lacking structure, and structure is the thing we're actually here to build.
  • You're up for being a little uncomfortable, you do the work between sessions, and you own your own messaging instead of handing it off to someone else to figure out for you.

Who it's not for:

  • People who collect ideas and never bring them to life.
  • People optimizing for launch metrics and six-figure Instagram announcements.
  • People who want it all explained one more time instead of trying the version that actually scares them a little.
  • If you're coming in just to take in more information without doing anything with it, we're honestly both better off if you sit this one out. This is for the people ready to build.
Decision Time

Right now, you've got two choices.

You can close this tab and keep going the way you've been going. Post the thing, watch it land flat, tell yourself the algorithm's just rough right now. Sit down to record and feel the same scatter, the same fifteen tabs open in your head, the same voice that doesn't sound like you. And six months from now, be almost exactly here, with a little more content out and not much more to show for it.

Or you decide today is the day you stop letting all that expertise work against you. You spend six weeks learning the exact thing I spent fifteen years doing on television sets, and you walk out with a real plan for what to say through the end of the year, built to carry people all the way through a transformation, not just hold their attention for a minute.
